Ingredients for 4 people: 500 g of spaghetti; 4 or 5 medium-sized potatoes; 250 g of green beans; 20 g of pine-seeds; Laudemio; parsley; basl; garlic; salt and pepper.
Wash the parsley and basil carefully, drain them and chop themup finely, adding a clove of garlic and a part of the pine-seeds. Mix in some laudemio oil, some salt and pepper, and the remaining pine-seeds. leave this mixture to stand far ten minutes so that its flavours amalgamate. In the meantime boil the green beans and the potatoes, drain them and cut them into pieces of about 2 or 3 centimetres each. Mix them into the sauce described above.
Now cook the spaghetti, draining it as soon as it is “al dente”; retain
a little of the water with the spaghetti. Add the sauce to it and mix well. Serve.
